I have the Borla on my 92 RS, and I love it. The fact that you can tune the exhaust sound for just the sound you like is best. There have been comments on teh board that teh Loudmouth is just that--too loud. But others think very highly of it.

I went with the loudmouth. If you get a chance to listen to both it will help you make your decision.

I've heard them side by side, and actually sound quite similar. I think the Borla is over-rated. I'd go with the LM for it's lower cost.

LT1's and LM's make a very good combination.....reminds me of the muscle car sound when I was growing up.....

              LM also flows very well

Here's a website that tells you how much different mods will give you. Borla info only as far as exhausts go.

                ws6.com

One thing to consider too is the local noise laws. Growing up in Switzerland I can tell you, you wouldn't get far with a Loudmouth. One of the neighbours will call the police. They also have roadside checks where they stop cars and if it makes that much noise, you're in trouble.

Not sure what the laws are in the UK but the Borla will give you some means of adjustment.

I assume you will drive it on the roads and not just for track use only.
