My wipers of my 1993 TA do not completely retract under the windshield, just stay in the up position when the switch is in "off". Is the wiper motor, the switch, or is there a regulator??? Anyone with ideas?

If your windshield was replaced the wipers may have been put back on wrong. This happened to my car once. Have they always done this or is it a new problem? -
