Here is a pic of my car with the Corsa exhaust installed. Overall I am very happy with it. It looks great and sounds awesome at wide open throttle. But it is a little quiet inside the car at anything but full throttle. It is a good compromise for a car that has to be my everyday driver. (Sure would have preferred the wide-open sound of the Loud Mouth.)

It wasn't cheap - $675.00 - it is all stainless - and is 3" pipe all the way from the cat - tight squeeze around the drive shaft. I bought it rather than Borla or others due to the fact it was advertised as being quiet inside. I am a sales rep and have to do sales calls once a month on the road - can't be too obnoxious or I would have to get a beater. I had a flowmaster cat-back on my previous F-body - 96 Z-28 Conv't - at cruising speed there was a rumble inside the car that would give you a headache. This one is very tame inside but loud outside - not sure how they did it. For what it's worth it is also advertised as the only aftermarket exhaust "officially licensed" by GM. Not sure what that means if anything.Silver 02 WS-6, 6 speed, Corsa cat-back, SLP lid, K&N filter, BMR STB, !CAGs, Lou's short stick, MSD wires, MTI "Hammer" cam, ASP underdrive pulley, Hooker LTs, Hooker ORY, Comp 918s, TR pushrods, UMI Sfcs, UMI LCAs, NGK TR55s, Hotchkis springs

so is it just the general consensus that the SLP loudmouth exhaust is the loudest out of all of them?
Who's 2nd? I want a good sounding loud exhaust, but several people have mentioned on here that the LM is just obnoxiously loud. So who's got an exhaust 1 step down from that?

A guy with a 97 Z has the Mufflex 3.5 in(with a spintech muffler) catback with SLP shorties and it sounds sooo good. Nice and deep at all RPM. Looks good too. I got SLP shorties and LM and love it. I think the Mufflex sounded a bit deeper. Not by much but a bit. My LM is a little louder though. But the Corsa is prob the nicest looking.97 SS #C007

I had a Spintech muffler when my car was stock with 3" intermediate pipe and it sounded good. I think a better tone than most others.

Borla with no restrictor plate installed in the pipe (effectively a cutout ahead of teh muffler), is plenty loud, which is why I liked the Borla because you can tune to your liking.2000 Z-28 Convertible, neutral leather interior and neutral top, hotchkis STB, SLP Bowtie Grill, WhisperLid, K&N, cold air induction
