What's up everybody. I just recently bought my first car, a 1991 Camaro RS. When the car is first started up, white smoke comes out of the exhaust. It smokes a lot until the engine warms up (probably once it gets in closed loop). After that it smokes very little except when stopping and then starting again. I am wondering if anyone knows the problem. It has 174,000 miles on the motor (I know it is approaching its limit) and leaks a little bit of oil when it sits. The problem is probably in the rings or a gasket but I am not sure. Any help would be appreciated.
