is a spintech catback with 3' pipes anygood and can it hook up to my flomaster muffler with dual and single outlets

The catback includes the muffler and all the piping from the cat to it as well as tailpipes. Get rid of the flowmaster they add virtually no performance, I had one on my old car(95 Formula)
