these photos and most others of wrecked F-bodies tell a sad story. PEOPLE NEED TO LEARN RESPECT FOR HORSEPOWER. i have never seen a wrecked F-body that had no damage to the nose. even the wreck i bought to restore, was popped in the nose.

We've got quite a few f-bodies that I've seen in my junkyard searches that had no front end damage. Most memorable was a guy who sprayed a 150 shot on I-10 in the rain on autocross tires, lost it, and backed it into the wall at 120 MPH. The nose cone and high dollar SLP ram air hood made it out ok, but the drivers seat came in so far it crushed the center console. The entire 315/35/17 on the passengers side was so far away from the car you could put your leg between the back of the wheel and the fender, and the rearend was still attached to the severely offset backhalf of the car(driver's taillight was where the passengers taillight should have been)
We just recently had a guy in our club lose his car because his girlfriend wrecked it into a culvert. The car was complete and didn't look too bad from the side, but from the back it looked like ) instead of l

Not even considering it's the rare collector's T/A, I'd say those are the most horrible and sad pics I've ever seen of an f-body. Please be careful out there everyone!

Im with you. I dont think I have seen a wrecked F-Body that wasnt torn up in the front. Which means that most of the accidents were the F-Body's driver's fault. People need to learn how to drive before they learn to drive fast.

You dont happen to know what in the world happened to that Collectors Edition... Do you? GOD DAMN!!!
IT REALLY IS SICKENING TO THINK THAT PEOPLE WERE IN THESE CARS WHEN THIS DAMMAGE HAPPENED. I REALLY CANT EVEN DESCRIBE HOW THINKING ABOUT THAT MAKES ME FEEL

I tend to disagree with your statement. What if somebody runs trough a Stop or red light and you hit it while having the right of way?
How about a guy that fell asleep or is drunk, ends up in your lane and hits you head on?
It's not your fault.
