Yep the silver one is from Sweden.
I do not like they way it's been modded. But over there (Scandinavia) a car is considered a luxury article so you pay sometimes the double of the car prices due to taxes than you would in the rest of Europe.
The people of the North also have a different taste, just look at some of the Volvo and Saab designs.
With a car like that in Sweden you will get plenty of attention wherever you go. And after all he has to live with it.
