What that report doesn't tell you is that Raynard (the motorcyclists brother) used to be a cop in that town.

My only opinion on this is that this has obviously been building up for a long time. It's interesting that a guy who was felony evading police on a motorcycle and crashed was the last straw. Usually it's police brutality or something else where the offender did nothing wrong (at least in the eyes of the public) that sparks this kind of stuff. A young guy running from the cops on a bike usually gets a "he got what he deserved" and not a "let's burn the town down."
