The panel at the end of the dash, or the one under the hood?

In the one at the end of the dash, the upper right, on my 94, and in the Chiltons manual diagram is Fuse #4, 10A, for the "PCM BAT". I believe in 1995, they moved the "PCM BAT" fuse to the underhood panel. Might explain why yours has an empty spot. The engine wouldn't run without the PCM BAT fuse... it supplies power to the PCM.
