1994 lt 1 missing out

well i think it has happened. my 1994 trans am gt runs pretty good till it gets warmed up then it misses out pretty bad. not all the time and it is never the same. this car has got pretty much all the bolt ons (headers, exhaust, airfoil, functional ram air hood, lowered 2", adjustible konis, brakes, etc.) i have not done a cpu upgrade and i know i should but i think this is the optispark. i know this is a major lt1 problem but i know nothing about it. bought a bonneville and do not drive this car every day (finally treated like my baby agian) but that means i do not depend on it so this keeps getting put off. the check engine light comes on if it misses out bad
