Is there supposed to be a o-ring gasket between the oil filler neck and valve cover cause, I dont have one and there is a little oil seepage.

Mine was stripped when I bought my car. I replaced it and the new one had a rubber O-ring and orange stuff covering the threads to help it stay put. -
Does anyone know what size it is and where I can get a new one?
