That was a design done by a Kris Horton. He's a college student. It's been roaming the web for almost a year now. Here's a quote from Kris:
With the retro design, I designed it just to stir up some feedback and interest in GM bringing the Camaro back. I can't honestly say that as I designed it I thought the next Camaro would be retro, I just thought, "hey, why not?"
Kris is working on a Chevelle design and has said he'll work on an evolutionary design theme for the Camaro, but he's pretty busy. He drives a Chevelle, but I don't know what year.

What GG said....that one is nasty. Looks a bit like a Caddy.
98 Arrest Me Red Z28 - A4 with 2 washers and B&M SuperCooler, SLP CAI and airbox lid, K&N filter, smooth bellows, WS6 polished wheels (17" x 9"), Power Slot front rotors

That one was done by Rex Raider at GMinsidenews.com. It's a photoshop of the Opel Insignia concept car.
Underneath the photoshop and the concept is the new Sigma-lite platform (also called VE & sigma-mass). That, ladies and germs, is the platform the 5th gen would ride on. It will come in 3 lengths....shortened for Camaro, medium for GTO, and large for Buick.
So, there's a bit of Camaro in this one, but I don't imagine it would look anything like that concept.
