Your picture needs to be located on an Internet server, and you need the "URL" address. Embed that address inside the [img] code.
Example (the last [/ img] has an extra "space" init so it will appear on the screen):

The only difference is you have to delete the space between "/" and "img" in the final code. Then you get this:

ok i got that part but for some reason the only thing that pops up is that little red x in the square.

I noticed that in the properties of your pic that your intended pic was located at f-bodyhideout.com. It is posssible that they do not allow hot-linking or maybe you could just have mispelled the URL.Originally posted by 99WS6TA

URL's can often be case sensitive as well. Hope this helps.
