It was the right thing to do he went wayyyyy out of line. I think he must have been jealous, the kid is young and has a nice car that he's paying for. If you ask me thats a good thing. My first car was a 1982 Bonneville cost $300 I put a whopping 700miles on it and off to the dump it went.

I know a lot of us had problems with what the guy had to say...

I don't however, think it is appropriate to use a thread to badmouth someone who is no longer allowed on this board - and thus, no longer able to defend himself. It is actually pretty cowardly in my opinion.

While I see the relevancy in making a community announcement, since a lot of us had problems with him, I don't see the reason to leave the thread open so we can make sarcastic wisecracks about the situation. Long story short, I think this thread should be locked.
