we just got back a short ago.
now its time to take the wolfdog out fer a romp.....
shes ticked at me fer being gone at the gym so long.....LOL and dinner........and i didnt bring home a "doggie bag"..... 
remember...old is in your head.... excersize, eat right, take vitimins, and mostly stay unstressed.......
i meet 35 years olds everday that i can run circles around..... they just let themselves go. the human body is too good for that..... like yalls........ kapish?
