  • Panhard Rod

I just bought a panhard rod for my 94 TA and all the directions say is to torque it to OEM specifications...has anyone bought one and put it on themself and know what to torque it to.

    I think 70 lb/ft would be sufficient.

I'm assuming you're referring to the stock panhard rod? If so, the stock torque spec is 61 ft-lbs.
An aftermarket one, i.e. Spohn, is slightly different. I'm trying to remember, but I believe I tightened mine (pre-lubed) to 45 ft-lbs, and if they aren't pre-lubed, it should be 55-60.
