fluid is comin out like a sink....is it just Gone....or is the gasket toast cause thats where its drippin from i believe right at one of the corners...of the pan....therefor....fluid isnt stayin in causin it to seize...?

More than likely if you don't have enough fluid the trans. will just slip and not get enough fluid coupling. It would have to get really low to burn it up I would imagine. Check the pan for leaks and just change the gasket. Lay the pan down flat to check for good pan contact.

Might have blown a front pump seal also- take the bellhousing shield out and see if fluid is coming out where the convertor goes into the trans. Sometimes this will make the pan look like it's leaking when it's not.
