  • exhaust?

Flowmaster has a choice between 2.5" or 3" inch cat-back exhaust. Does it matter which one i should get for my 95 T/A single cat exhaust?

None. Flowmasters have shown to hurt horsepower for the most part. 1 chambers seem to be the best option from them as far as flow goes. As with any exhaust the bigger the better for the most part.

I'm surprised they even offer a 2.5" catback, since that would be smaller than the stock 2.75" system. The obvious choice would be the 3.0" system.

The data I've seen supporting the "Flowmaster sucks" theme are generally outdated and not relevant to the current designs. I know their 4" catback system supports well over 1,000HP with absolutely no measurable loss of power over an open exhaust.
