tool needed for stereo removal

i just wanted to know if there is anyway to take out the whole deck of an aftermaket stereo without any special tools.

totaly depends on the deck. Most can be removed easily without special tools. just pull off any trim and it usually reveals some screws...undo thos and the whole deck pops out with a small support structure usually. From there its easier to remove the deck itself from the support structure and swap in something else. I have installed a few decks and never needed any special tools. Some after market decks do come with U shaped tools so that you can skip pulling the trim and undoing the screws but they aren't needed...its just a luxury.
