Hi,
I bought a 2000 V6 Camaro not too long ago.
When accelerating at low speeds with low load I can hear a "whining" sound from the engine compartment, a bit "turbine-like".
Is this normal? If yes: What is the cause? The serpentine belt maybe?
If not: What could be wrong?
The sound is louder when the engine is cold.
Thanks
Horst
