  • N20 in an automatic ??

    after reading the nitrous or supercharger thread, i started thinkin about them both just because i have no life and thats all i do is look at car stuff. and i got to thinkin, how does nitrous work with an auto tranny ?

    Same as it does in a M6 ...Just get a window switch so you don't spray through your shift points (burn up the trannie) and a WOT switch to activate the good stuff...of course get all the little extras if you can...like a fuel safety cut off switch, pressure gauge etc etc

      I would suggest a good trans cooler with nitrous, because the huge torque increase is going to increase the flash stall on the convertor..... lots of heat.

      And, you could also get a tranny that doesn't really care if you spray through the shifts.......

        im not sure if i will get it or not, its been in the back of my mind for a while but i got lots of things i need to do to the enginge before i would hook it up.
