  • lt1 install into a V6

I purchased a 95 3.4L camaro about 8 months ago and its been fine so far. i have Flowmaster exhaust and some other trick things. I plan to swap a 350 Lt1 motor into my crappy V6 and i want to know what parts ill need to buy and what necessary steps i should take to complete the swap.

    V-8 to V-6 swap

Some guys here have done the swap but am not sure its worth it. It might be cheaper just to get a Z28. There are some guys here also that have modded the V-6's to get more power. There are plenty of options though.
    LT4KM, 160 degree TS, MAF ends, TB-bypass
1.6 Roller Rockers, SLP CAI, LCA, tierod, 17x9" Wheels F/R, 275/40R17 Goodyear F1 tires.
WS6 Muffler, LS1 Alum. Drive shaft. 21mm rear sway bar
Soon to be LT4 heads, intake, & HOT cam

not worth it man...costs way too much to do. go trade in your v6 for an lt1 car or just mod the v6. with the right mods you can get up to about 280 horses without addin a supercharger. good luck with it though. before I got water into my intake, I was runnin with 4.6 stangs.
