No they are the exact same everything but her exterior but the formula wights a little less but not much. It would be a good race if there is equal drivers and gears.

1 in 100 came factory blueprint and screemed like a banshee...... mary's hawk has one.... cj barnett..had one in his 97 ws6....... you could tell the diff......
Looser engines are faster, not tighter engines (assuming equal dynamic compression in the cylinders). This is partly why broken in engines are faster than new ones and get better mileage (again, compression also improves). Racing engines run more clearance than street engines and rely on the pressure from higher rpms to provide the oil film to protect the bearings, crank, & rods. Some drag cars used to run .010 on the crank, and if you idled them at low rpm, they would get damaged. Looser=less friction.
Now blueprinted engines are a different matter. They are precision machined to equalize the power output of all of the cylinders which makes the engine run smoother which increases the power output. Also they make sure everything is perfectly balanced and aligned, so nothing robs power. Blueprinting is a GOOD way to spend your money...
