    I had my 94z with all the bolt on and hot cammed pegged for quite some time. Had to quit when she was bouncing off the rev limiter. I would say over 160.

        Well I dont really know how fast the T/A can go but I have gotten her up to 135mph then saw a cop so had to jam on the brakes but I didnt get pulled over. The other time I was doing a meazly 123 and passed a cop coming from the other way, but he only somehow only gunned me for 91 in a 55. (THANK GOD). But the first time I just reached 4th gear and the second time i was still in the top of 3rd.

            Shortly after the 233/239 cam a 2000+ C5 pulls up next to me on IH-35. His vette sounded good, definitely modded. He had no idea what he was in for.

            He gives me the look and then gooses it a couple times. We both nail it and he instantly fades in to my rear mirror. Just to rub it in, I kept it nailed until my speedo hit the pin at 160. I stayed on the pedal for another mile or so. I figure close to 170!!

            I am addicted to speed!

              I thought I drove fast! The fastest I've ever been is about 92 mph. I own a third-gen though, and the speed limiter won't let you go past 110 mph. I'm gonna bypass that sometime soon and find a nice, lonely highway. I let you know how it goes!

                ONLY 112MPH.... dam speedlimiter, is there ANY cheap way of taking that off on a 95 V6 camaro? i tried to burn it out drove about 7 min or so just cutting on'n'off.... no use

                i heard that before they used to be able to burn it out if u just keep it hammered and let it cut on/off about 10 times

                  Tried to burn it out? Ummm....I've never heard of that one. I thought the PCM controlled the speed limiter.
                  I don't think it's healthy to keep it pinned at the limiter for 10 minutes????

                    130 just yesterday for me, but I've only had the car 3 weeks. I saw 125 in my GTA when I had it. Definately a lot scarier in a thirdgen. The WS6 felt smoother at 130 than it does at 70.

                      120 in my 3rd gen the speedo reads up to 145 the guy i got it off said itll do that no problem just havent found the perfect road to try it on yet

                          Ditto that...much louder and noisier...but it isn't good nosies...LoL. The TA is sooo much smoother...I think GTAs max out at 145-150

                            112mph cut off gets me everytime. It BS, I shift into second at 45mph, then into 3rd at 90mph then is shuts off at 112mph. It will be fixed soon

                                I only did 130s in west Texas and chickened out since curves were coming in pretty quick.

                                All you guys were on Z rated tires? Any of you guys used Y rated?
