Cleaning up

What is the best way to get oil and dirt off you hands and arms?
My Formula evidently has some oil leakage from the intake area and the lower portions of the engine and frame are nasty. So I got very dirty finishing up the plug wires today,

Some of you guys that do this for a living must have some sort of system for cleaning up.

What do you use?

PS. I have been instructed by my better half to clean the front door and all the doorknobs. LOL

Lots of people use Gojo. I use the commercial strength with pumice.

You might want to try Simple Green. I foudn that you can use it full strength and it isn't hard on your skin and seems to cut the grease and dirt real well. I really like the stuff as a lot of the others dry out my skin.
