I believe the judge had a higher powerpower moter.

The Judge option was available only three years, 1969 to 1971. If you are in the market for a Judge, one thing to note is that, were built before January 1969 and were made after January 1971
oops! Good catch TraceZ- I could have swore the judge was '69 only. Turns out a '72 still couldn't have been one though.
Judges were made 69 - 71. No such thing in 72. If you find a real judge - its bigggggg money. You couldnt touch a basket case for under 10 - 15k. Pristine examples going for over 100k.
They were equipped with all the high performance goodies. Kinda like buying a WS6. Thay had fancy decals too
The Ram Air IV is the baddest engine pontiac has made (maybe the sd 455 could be an arguement) - very conservatively rated at 370 HP - more like 425 in reality. If you find a judge with this engine and a 4 speed muncie - you've got a serious machine.
