My dad wants to sell his 96 collectors edition corvette. He is asking $13,000. What do you guys think, should i buy it? It has 79K on it.

Is it stick? All 96 6-speed C4's came with the LT4. I would only get it if it's stick otherwise don't waste your money, you'll regret it as you get older.Hercules

Joe, I was thinking the same thing. An 18 year old with a vette would be murder for the insurance. If it's an LT4 that's a great price. If it's not, it's still a fair price but I wouldn't bother. Keep the f-body!Dave M

Yes it's a 6-speed and of course I would keep the f-body for everyday driver. So everyone thinks yes, its just insureance will be a crazy high. I think I'm gonna go for it!
