You will need to buy a new window motor because that is the calssic sign of one that is dying. Pretty soon it will be completely dead. I picked one up for $45 at my local Napa. Here is a link so you can do the install yourself.

Yup! You can always get them off Ebay too - America's larger garage sale!

Mine got pretty slow one time and I was able to restore normal operation by cleaning and waxing the inside of the window. I think I used KIT carnuba car wax, but about anything should be ok? My windows are tinted and after not cleaning for a while the tint gets a bit sticky....might be worth a quick try before spending the $$.

**-** BOOST, it's no replacement for displacement, and there's definitely no replacement for having both!

            Junk new!

GM made these motors very cheaply and we replaced alot of them under warranty. If you've got over 40 k miles on your car, you probably need new motors. Removing the door panel and lubing everything in sight..........almost.....will help, but you will everntually have to replace the motor. Take a look at one. It looks like a poor chinese man made it on a bad day.....lol.
