LS2 VS LS1/LS6 Engine
Without getting way too technical, what are the biggest and most significant differences in the LS2 engine? I know it is 6.0 Liters with 400hp. That's about it.

actually, I don't know of any differences either, other than it is a 6.0L engine this time. And isn't it like a 3-valve pushrod motor or somethin? I heard that somewhere......my car:

Still 2 valves.
Compared to the LS1, the LS2 has freer flowing intake and exhaust.
The LS2 also has a 10.9:1 compression ratio, and a 6500 RPM redline.
It has higher compression, and more displacement, with the same redline as the LS6. This is why I think that 400 HP claim is vastly underrated.Former Ride: 2002 Pontiac Trans Am WS6 - 345 rwhp, 360 rwtq... stock internally.
