SLP LS1 Tuned-Length Long-Tube Headers

I'm thinking about purchasing a set of SLP LS1 tuned-length headers. For those that have them already, do you think it was worth the investment? How difficult are they to install (i.e., need special tools, a lot of time and effort, very difficult, etc). Thanks.
