i've just noticed that my friend who has a 98 camaro always puts in regular when he doesnt have much money on him and premium when he does.

Won't hurt anything..... well, nothing except power output. When the PCM senses the knock that will accompany "regular" fuel, it will retard ignition timing, reducing power output.Fred
