Is this normal..............I seriously doubt it, but since I haven't had time to check it out, wondering if anyone else has had the problem. Sounds like maybe the HL switch. Help please. Thanks'

I had a similar problem with my 97 WS6. One day I was drving to my sister's house and all of the sudden my headlights started going up and down all by themselves non-stop.
Well to make a long story short, I discovered that there was standing water in the headlight motor relay caused from condensation dripping down from one of my center console vents. I had been running the a/c on defrost for a few hours.
I dried the relay and everything was back to normal.
