Need Opinons...

I'm begginin to think about a new shifter for my T-5 Trans in my 88 z28. Do any of u have any suggestions? My Dad wants me to get a hurst shifter. Right now I don't have any money to get anything but I figure I'd ask you guys so I could look around abit.

t-5 that manual right? try cutting it to make a short throw get a spare from scrap yard incase you mess it up or dont like it
