hypereutectic pistons generally can't handle the same amount of power as a forged piston, correct? but the price difference is ennormous... say I want to run about 400HP and then throw in a 75 shot....will hypereutectics handle that? and what are some trusted brands?
    82 camaro x2:
    82 z28 w/ 305 (for now) 4 speed saginaw
    82 berrlinetta with 350 .060 over...3 speed auto

The Z28 is back under the knife, after the transmission, now its the entire engine....will post pics when all finished.

Hypereutectics are a cast piston. Nitrous or stroker applications are never a good idea with these.

Strokers have increased piston speed and nitrous and hypereutectics =

Spring the extra couple hundred dollars for a piston that will last
