    hi everybody
    my car is a 93 trans am

    i am having trouble with the oil pressure sending unit connector- i cant find it and the gage shows all the way to the right all the time. does anyone know where can i find the wires, where do they go, what colour?

    also , when the headlights or parking lights are on , the dinging thing doesnt stop, even when the doors ars close.

    any ideas?

    You can't find the pressure sending unit, or you can't find the connector that is supposed to plug into it?

    In the 93's (and only the 93's) the oil pressure sensor is screwed into the side of the block, drivers side, right above the oil filter mounting. I'll check my Chilton's for the 93 specifics on wire colors, when I get home from work tonight.

      The chime for the parking/headlights is not dependent on whether the doors are closed or not. If they key is not ON and you turn the lights on, it's going to chime.
