hey guys i am thinking about doin the front end swap on my 96 t/a and was wondering what all it entales, i know parts and such but any other modifications to the car to do it ?
thanks scott
I believe you pretty much need the entire front clip, fenders included. Also some stuff under the hood. I think radiator supports, light assemblies etc. I believe it's pretty involved. Try to find a donor car if you can. I personally wouldn't bother unless my front end was wrecked. Just seems to me that I can spend that money on go fast goodies instead but to each his own. Good Luck

FRONT CLIP SWAPS ARE HELL!!! Basically no matter what **** never goes right. I had a chevy truck the with escalade front end. Nightmare!!! It used the same radiator supports and all that stuff and it was still hell!! Basically unless your diehard about it. Just keep your stock front end. Do a v6 firebird on a lt1. The changing of the lights and motors is the part that most concerns me about a ws6 swap!
