  • Fulda tires

I just got a new set (4) of Fulda Extremo 245/50ZR16's today. The salesman told me they are the German brand of Goodyear. I wanted to hold out for Yoko's but I needed new tires like NOW, my OEM goodyears were dangerous at best. At about $550 for everything the price was right and the car seems to handle and launch much better. Anyone ever heard of these good or bad? I can take them back within 30 days so if anyone has anything I should know about them please share! Thanks

i have a set and i love em..... they wear quickly at 180 treadwear but they ride awesome and handle tightly. I really really like mine so i dont have any complaints here.

goodyear has plants and sells tires in Europe.

Fulda.......is Fulda. they have spin off lines too, Multi Mile and Codovan are 2 of them.

if you like em..keep em. treadwear is thier downfall.

Well, as FastTA can attest to it is raining to beat the band today, so as long as these storms aren't hail-makers I'll go test the tires in the rain. If they handle safely I'm gonna keep em. Thanks for the input everyone.

Man we just lost power to our building a little while ago. It is definitely pouring. Be careful testing those tires, you know how crazy San Antonian's are in the rain!

LOL, in my line of work I see first hand just how bad SA drivers suck in the rain. (I grew up in MA where drivers can handle the weather...just not each other )

Thankfully I have not had to drive anywhere near downtown! It looks pretty crazy, especially considering the Spurs host the Lakers here today also!

this board is the only clean, family safe f body board out there. we are proud of that rap.

                          thanks.

                            xxemoxx *Fulda test in rain

Well had the TA out yesterday very briefly to test the Fulda's in bad (and I do mean BAD..right FastTA?) weather. The roads were very wet with running water in parts (downright flooded in others). I am pleased to report the tires did very well and the car handled about as safe as can be expected for a RWD in these conditions. So...the tires stay until they wear out and are replaced by 17inch WS6 rims/tires.
