lt-1 problem need help

My LT-1 has been acting very strange lately. When i start the car first thing in the morning, it takes a little time to turn over. It kinda acts like it doesnt want to start but then it reluctantly turns over. Then when cruising, it seems a bit rougher in terms of shaking while driving. It seems to happen right around 2,000 rpm when i dont shift out of gear. Also i was cruising on the express way and it seems to ride rougher also. I tried to floor it in 6th gear while i was on the express way and all i got in return was a violent shaking. Please give me some suggestions if you know what this problem may be.

Sounds like the opti.

Are the plugs and wires good?
How old is the opti?
Has it gotten wet lately?

Maybe the ICM?

I'd check for proper fuel pressure, change the fuel filter, ICM, wires and plugs.. Clean the TB and IAC. Then, as a last resort change the opti.

im not to sure about the opti. I was going to change the plugs and wires today. Also what is the ICM?
