Not I... but I am still knocking around the idea of the Woodward Dream Cruise in Detroit in mid-August. Anyone thinking about that?

Current Ride: 2006 Subaru Legacy GT Limited - spec.B #312 of 500

What's the date this year on the Bowling Green event? I would love to go and see the museum.... I am actually a "Founding Member" of the National Corvette Museum, and have a "brick" there, but I never visited. And I'd also like to have the chance to make a few 10-second passes in the Formula at the drag race portion...

Yeah, they hand out pretty stiff penalties in certain places... other places, like near Pontiac, they usually let you get away with a little - as long as you appear under control and aren't excessive. I have also seen a Z28 hold about a ten second burnout, shifting through 3 gears... if the cops would have seen that, he would have been nailed for sure.Originally posted by Kevin - Blown 95 TA
If you do the Woodward Dream Cruise, be careful about your driving. Brady got a $1000 ticket there last year for doing a burnout after a couple other guys had also done it leaving a parking lot and had to go back up there to pay it (he lives in Alabama).
One girl came up to my car and actually offerred to flash me if I lit the tires up, haha... $1000 is a little more than I need to pay for something like that, so I didn't.Former Ride: 2002 Pontiac Trans Am WS6 - 345 rwhp, 360 rwtq... stock internally.

I'll tell you what i'm 19...my friends are 19 if you do go post on here and maybe we can all meet up and hang out. We usually find a 'hot spot' I.E. where a guy has a bucket of water (he runs across all lanes pouring out the water) and we chill there with our beads. Last year we nearly got a female state trooper to yea...ug et the idea.
Fun times though!
