  • Check out my new performance machine!!

It'll do the quarter in less than 14 Seconds!

Well, that's if I put it in the backseat of the Camaro anyway!

Just ordered a new Dell to replace my 'ol 700MHz rig. I've slapped enough on my machine that it's reaching the end of it's expandability. I can't say enough about Dell...I'm no dummy when it comes to computers, but they've helped me out of a couple bad jams no questions asked. Superior Customer Service.

    Here's what I got....

    P4 2.66GHz with 533MHz bus
    1Gig SDRam
64MB GeForece 4 MX Graphics card
    Misc other bits....

I had been limping along with a hand me down P166 from work for 3 years and finally bought a new Dell just before Christmas. I think it's a 1.6 Ghz or 2.0 Ghz with 512 Ram, CD burner, some video something card for $458. I didn't need a monitor, but my parents gave me a 17" for Christmas so it's a pretty sweet system.
69 Z28 with JL8 factory 4 wheel disc brakes, crossram, transistor ignition, radio delete, heater delete - being restored

      Yup >>

Dell is awesome. I have a new p4 too... I had to format the HD once, and they walked me through it NO problems asked, called me back later on that day to make sure I was getting everything installed correctly, and then even called me the day after to make sure everything was situated! Great Customer Support, and great products. I had so many problems w/ my pervious Gateway computer, but not ONCE had a problem with this Dell. I'm actually going to be ordering a new Dell Laptop in a few weeks for college!

I agree 100%. Every new PC I have purchased for our company and myself in the last 2 years has been a Dell. That is over 50 PC's.

I have had hardware issues on 2 of them and they were both fixed under warranty. Other than that no problems at all. And you can't beat the prices!!

When you work on PC's all day, your greatest acheivement is to find one that will just run! You don't have to full with it, you don't have to baby it, it just works! That's what I like!!!

            I feel out of place...

            I feel out of place...
I bought a dell but I had to completely rebuild it about a year in a half later after my cd rom drive went out twice during the warrenty..
right now the only thing dell is the key board and the monitor but I also think it was my brother that messed it up cause it never cause me problems untill he did somethin to it. (don't let other people touch ur comp unless ur there)
