  • Pics of black fittipaldis on the Blue Z....

They look better than on the T/A, but I still think they need to be redone in gloss black.

Not trying to offend you or anything, but that does not look very good.

Up here you see a lot of people putting on black steel rims and winter tires to drive during the winter.

So to me they always look temporary.

but like you said the glossy look may make it more appealing. On the other hand it's your ride and you can do with it as you please.

I'm sure you sleep better tonight me having said that.

Tint the windows, get a gloss black wheel, and lower the car a little and I think it would look pretty mean.

I'll see about working on a photoshop look with the above things done to your car.

Tint em darker, lower a tad more, and gloss them up more.

Come chop master, make it happen. I aint got a clue when it comes to photochop, so lets see it. Looks a tad bit better though.

Tint should be darker, do not lower any more but a polished lip around the tire bead like a Grandsport wheel.

Just got home. I just found out my camaro will be here tomorrow so I need to move my WS6 over so there is room in the garage. It's raining cats and dogs here!

So give me a few minutes and I will repost a pic with with darker tint.

Do you have any good side shots of a grand sport wheel with a polished bead lip?

Mine are actually SS take-offs (17x9) painted black like GS wheels.

Maybe next we can photoshop a turbo on that sucker!

*EDIT* Well, did these help you to decide on which wheel you were going to go with?

Heck, I have 6 sets that I can swap around. I really like the look of gloss black, but I think chrome wins on this color car. I'll post a pic from work with the chrome 5 stars and you'll see what I mean. I would really like a set of chrome Grandsports with the 17x11 rears. If price weren't a factor, a set of polished Fikses would really float my boat.
