Those cars are really fast. Another for the Atlanta crowd. They set up a coarse every Sunday at the Marta park and ride at I85 and Indian trail.

I have a Kyosho turbo Optima 4WD buggy with a wet magnet motor on it. I've never clocked it but you have to be careful when cars go by. The RC can be faster than them. I ran it up under a car going down the street one time. I didn't realize it until the antenna hit the bumper.

I tell you what, the most fun you can have with your cloths on is getting an RC car and chasing a dog or a cat. Especially if you are faster.

I'm the story teller so here's another one. I walked out the front door one day with the RC car and this lady was walking her chow down the street with out a leash. The dog saw my and turned and started charging me growling. I figured I had 2 options. One, turn and go in the house. Two, put the battery in the car and go chase the dog. Guess which I picked. Now the car was 4 wheel drive so it will go just about anywhere. I threw it down and went heading straight for the dog. Well they collided about halfway across my front yard. The dog jumped about 3 feet in the air. I turned around and came back and hit him again. He jumped back and I hit him again. He started back peddling out of my yard and I hit him again. He took off running and I hit him again. I chased him as far as I could see the car. Funny thing is I chased him the other direction from the owner. I brought the car back and the woman just looked at me, put her hands on her hips and I said "Lady, we have a leash law in this county." She didn't say a word. I brought the car back and went inside. She took off walking the direction the dog went.

all I have is a XMODS with a bunch of the parts for it. It isn't anything world-class, but it gets the job done of making me happy
          my car:
'86 Caprice Classic. Soon to have a 350 crate motor. Shooting for 300rwhp.

          the project:
check the www for pics, but a '36 Chevy Master Sedan, MII front end, Jaguar IRS, '93 LT1 powerplant with plans for 350rwhp, and many many other goodies

LMAO!!!!! Thats hilarious!!! I always wanted to do that with my next door neighbors dog, but never really got the chance to. I have the HPI RS3, so I would've had to chase it on the street. Great work Jeff! LOL!!

Those are cool. I saw them come out a few years ago and wanted one badly. It was pretty cheap for the body, at the time, and the rim style was of your choice - pretty inexpensive as well. Getting into the other stuff (i.e. the motor) was another issue of cost. However, instead of pouring $$$ into it, I decided to put more mods in the real thing. lol
