there is this sound that sounds like a hole in the exhaust and also gives off a little vibration underneath the car when moving. You hear it when you are going strait and when you turn the steering whee to thel left it continues but when the steering wheel it is turned to the right it completely stops everything.........any ideas on what it is..??

Either a wheel bearing or a worn brake pad dragging on the rotor. Best guess without actually seeing it.
