Does anyone know about how much a 1972 z28 stock stall rmp is ?

Just guessing, but probably 1200-1400.

Hold the brake petal pretty firmly and gradually give it a little throttle. When the tires start to break loose look at where the RPM's are. This will be fairly close to your stall speed
