i was told to get a hypertech power programmer but i dont have 300 dollars to spend, im broke, one of my friends has a 94 ta and her has a hypertech for his car, could i use it to program mine? and how much would it cost to get it done at a shop?

Hypertech programmers are locked to a specific vin and can't be shared with another vehicle.
