I am thinking about starting to play with the programming on my car. I want to convert the car to OBD1 and use the tunrecat software to avoid paying the 550 bucks for LT1 edit for OBD2. Is this a smart way to go? What must be done in order to convert? I was told its just a matter of swapping computers and the knock sensor. I can then load a basic program on the computer and start tuning from there. ANyone have any experience with this?
