I've got a 1995 z28, with afr heads,zz-409 cam, long tubes with dumps, ram air,etc along with a 150 shot of nitrous through a direct port kit. I also have a Bosch in tank 255lph. My question is what fuel rating and how much of it should I mix with 92 unleaded when I go to the dyno next week?
    1995 z-28, six speed, centerforce d.f clutch, moser4:10,afr heads, zz-409 cam,full tubes w/ c.o.,nx direct port kit-150shot,hoosier qtp's
    dyno
    NA -356 rwhp, 360ft/lbs
    N20 -510rwhp, 521ft/lbs

What makes you think you need race gas? Are you getting detonation or KR?

If you are really concerned about octane, brew your own. 25% xylene mixed with pump premium, add 1 ounce of marvel mystery oil for every gallon of xylene added for lubrication properties and you will have an honest 100 octane brewed right at home. Do not add more than 25% by fuel tank volume of xylene, the ratio is already optimum.

Xylene is the principle octane boosting additive in race gas, it can be purchased over the counter at most paint supply shops including Home Depot in gallon containers.

How much timing are you running? Do you have good fuel pressure throughout the RPM's?

I would suspect that the KR could be eliminated with a good nitrous tune coupled with a LT4 KM. A 150 shot should be fairly easy to tune.
