exhuast and intake

I just bought a 97 T/A 6-spd with 64k. When I picked it up, I noticed it had a 3" pipe after the exhuast manifolds no cats and a magniflow muffler. I like the sound of the exhuast but unsure about a few things:
What horsepower gain will I have with no cats, magniflow muffler and 3'' pipe And a K&N filter charger intake system?
Also: How would I know if the computer was reprogramed, becuase no check engine lights show up? How could i tell if there are O2 simulaters?

you might have around 18 to 20 hp gain with the exhaust set up and k&n CAI.

you need to track down the owner of the car that moded it. is that possible? get all the answers on what he did. if the pcm was reprogramed, say..by Ed wright..and you put a hypertech programer on it..it will blow ed's programing....

my retuned computer has a sticker on it saying who did it and exactly what mods it was tuned for.
