air/fuel ratio ?

will i be able to use an air/fuel ratio guage without cats and with o2 sims???

I assuming you are refering to the "rear" o2 sensors. If so, those are only used to measure the efficiency of the catalytic converters.
The "front" o2 sensors are the ones actually used by the PCM to accurately control "fuel trim".
So to answer your question, yes the a/f gauge will register correctly with the cats removed and "rear" o2 sims in place.
