Headers

[RAW LT1]

As I posted earlier, I am new to the F-body.
I have a 95 Formula Convertible.
I want to do the exhaust.

I know headers are difficult, but how hard?
Short tube vs long tube?
Can either be installed in a home garage?

And what about spark plugs. All us old Mustang guys ever heard was the engine had to come out to get at the back two plugs, true?

headers on an LT1 are hard, but can be done in the home garage. Same with spark plugs. Just give yourself lots of time, and be prepared to remove some parts for access. A second set of hands comes in handy as well, no pun intended. Once you're ready to do them, I'm sure somebody with more experience than me can walk you through a step-by-step to get them done.
